About Fluffy Friend(Pet) registration
What is a "Fluffy Friend"?

Pets are called the "Fluffy Friends" of your family in "uchiccolog".

Is there a limit to the number of Fluffy Friends I can register?

There is no limit to the number of Fluffy Friends you can register.
You can register as many as you like.

Can only dogs and cats be registered as Fluffy Friends?

In addition to Dogs and Cats,
Rabbits, Cavies(Guinea pigs), Hamsters, Degus, Chinchillas, Ferrets, Birds, Hedgehogs, Sugar gliders, Chipmunks,
Leopard geckos, Lizards/Geckos, Frogs, Tortoises(Terrestrial), Turtles(Aquatic) and Snakes.

My pets do not fall into any of the app's "Classification".

Please choose the classification of “Others” and add your pet.
You can manage only basic care of your pet in the app.

I added the type of animal as “Others,” but can I change to another type?

You can change to another type of animal from “Others.” But you can change only one time, so please confirm well before change.

I made a mistake in my Fluffy Friend's registration. Can I make changes?

You can make changes to the registered information.
You can change the registered information by going to [Footprint icon] > [Target Fluffy Friend] > [Profile] in the menu at the bottom of the app.

My Fluffy Friend passed away. What should I do?

Please register the day your Fluffy Friend crossed the rainbow bridge.
You can register the day your Fluffy Friend crossed the rainbow bridge by going to [Footprint icon] > [Target Fluffy Friend] > [Pencil icon on the upper right] > [If they cross the rainbow bridge] in the menu at the bottom of the app.
By registering the day your Fluffy Friend crosses the rainbow bridge, you can turn off the calendar display and notifications.

Can I delete my Fluffy Friend's information that I registered by mistake?

Owner users can go to [Footprint icon] > [Target Fluffy Friend] > [Pencil icon on the upper right] > [Delete information] in the menu at the bottom of the app to delete information.

About family sharing
Can I share this app with my family?

Yes, you can share this app with your family.
・If you are registered as an Owner
Go to [Footprint icon] > [Target Fluffy Friend] > [Family] > [Invite family] in the menu at the bottom of the app, and tap the [Invite] button to issue an invitation link.
You can send the invitation link to your family via email or LINE.

・If you received an invitation
Once you have installed the "uchiccolog" app, you can share the app by tapping the invitation link sent by the Owner.

Is there a limit to the number of family members I can invite?

There is no limit to the number of family members you can invite.

Will all the information about my Fluffy Friend be shared with my family?

Yes, all the information will be shared with your family.

I cannot invite my family.

Only Owner users can invite family members.
Please ask the Owner user for an invitation.

Can I change the Owner to another family member?

Yes, you can change the Owner.
You can change it by going to [Footprint icon] > [Target Fluffy Friend] > [Family] > [Pencil icon on the upper right] > [Change owner], select the family member you want to change with, and tap the [Change] button.

Since my family has moved out, can I remove the sharing function?

Yes, you can cancel the sharing function with your family.
Please request the Owner user for removal.
You can change it by going to [Footprint icon] > [Target Fluffy Friend] > [Family] > [Pencil icon on the upper right] > [Remove family] and tap the [Remove] button next to the name of the family member you wish to remove.

How to transfer the data
Please tell me how to transfer the data from my old device to my new device.

If you are switching devices, you will need to have your Restoration Code issued and saved beforehand.
Please proceed [Gear icon] from the menu at the bottom of the app > [Checking and saving your Restration code],
and tap the "Save your restration code" button.
After you have switched devices, install and launch "uchiccolog".
Two options will then be displayed: [Start new] and [Restore data].
Select [Restore data] and enter the Restoration Code you have saved to restore your data.

I do not remember my code. Can I use my family's Restoration Code to restore my data

Even if the apps are connected, each have different Restoration Codes. Please do not use your family\'s Restoration Code.

About calendar care schedules/records
Can I increase the types of care?

You cannot increase the types of care.
However, you can add a menu under "Other types of care".
Please select the added menu in order to use it.

You can add menu items by going to [Footprint icon] > [Target Fluffy Friend] > [Care settings] > [Other types of care] > [Menu] in the menu at the bottom of the app.

Can I add a medical checkup menu or a medication/injection menu?

Yes, you can add them.

For vet visits, you can add medical checkup menu items by going to [Footprint icon] > [Target Fluffy Friend] > [Care settings] > [Vet visit] > [Medical checkup menu] in the menu at the bottom of the app.
You can also add medication/injection menu items this way.

There are days that I cannot register records on.

If you specified a date in the future, you will not be able to register "records".
You can create a schedule and keep a record after the date registered in the schedule.

I don't know how to add a care schedule.

Tap the [Calendar icon] > [Any date on the calendar] > [[+] button on the upper right] in the menu at the bottom of the app to display the schedule creation menu.
You can also create a schedule by tapping [Calendar icon] > [Photo of Fluffy Friend] > [[+] button on the upper right] in the menu at the bottom of the app.

There are some types of care that I do not use.

You can choose to show/hide the types of care.

You can do this by going to [Footprint icon] > [Target Fluffy Friend] > [Care settings] > [Type of care you wish to switch display settings for] in the menu at the bottom of the app, and switch by tapping ON or OFF in the [Show/hide care] column.

Can I only register one photo for records?

Currently, you can only register one photo in the record.
We are considering enabling multiple photos to be registered in future version upgrades.

Can I register a repeating schedule?

Yes, you can register repeating schedules.
You can register repeating schedules by checking the [Repeat schedule settings] checkbox on the schedule creation screen.
You can set a cycle of every day, every two days, every three days, every week, every other week, every month, and every year.

Can I ask my family to take care of my pet?

You can request a family member to take care of your pet by selecting the family member in the [In charge] field on the schedule creation screen.
When you create a schedule, the family member you selected will receive a push notification of the schedule.
*If you are not sharing the app with your family, the [In charge] field will not be displayed.

Can I change the time the app sends care schedule notifications?

Yes, you can change the notification time.
Go to [Gear icon] > [Notification settings] in the menu at the bottom of the app to change the same-day notification and all-day schedule notification time in the schedule notification field.

Where can I add the "food" menu?

You can add a menu by registering food information by going to [Footprint icon] > [Target Fluffy Friend] > [Food management] > [Add food] in the menu at the bottom of the app.

The calendar is full because "food" and "walk" are scheduled every day.

You can hide schedules from the calendar. You can hide it from the calendar by unchecking the [Show] checkbox in [Do you want to show this schedule in the calendar?] at the bottom of the schedule creation and update screen.

Since I have many Fluffy Friends, can I temporarily switch the Fluffy Friend being displayed?

You can set a Fluffy Friend of your choice on the calendar.
You can set the display to ON or OFF by going to [Calendar icon] > [Calendar settings icon on the upper left] in the menu at the bottom of the app.

About Medication reminder
I always forget which day I need to give my pet flea, tick and heartworm medication.

You can choose to be notified on the month the next dose of medication is scheduled.

Notification settings can be done using the following method:
When you are keeping a record of medication/injections, specify flea and tick or heartworm medication from the medication/injection menu, and select [Flea and tick prevention medicine] or [Heartworm prevention medicine] as the medication reminder notification item.
You can be notified if there are no records of medication/injections after the next scheduled dose.
Medication reminder notification settings can be done by going to [Footprint icon] > [Target Fluffy Friend] > [Medication reminder notification].
In addition to turning notifications ON or OFF, you can also specify the month you wish you receive notifications.

Can the app tell me the timing of rabies vaccination and combined vaccines?

You can choose to be notified on the first day of the next renewal month.

Notification settings can be done using the following method:
When you are keeping a record of medication/injections, specify rabies vaccination or combined vaccine medication from the medication/injection menu, and select [Rabies vaccination] or [Combined vaccine] as the medication reminder notification item.
You can be notified if there are no records of medication/injections by the 1st of the next renewal month.
Medication reminder notification settings can be done by going to [Footprint icon] > [Target Fluffy Friend] > [Medication reminder notification].
In addition to turning notifications ON or OFF, you can also specify the renewal month you wish you receive notifications.

About food setting
Can the app notify me before the food runs out?

You can choose to set a notify the refill date of the food.

Notification settings can be done using the following method:
You can set the food refill notification by going to [Footprint icon] > [Target Fluffy Friend] > [Food setting] > [Food data] and registering the Refill date.

We have many pets, and we give them all the same food.

Currently, food information must be registered for each Fluffy Friend.
When you are registering the consumption notification, please consider halving the net amount for the registration.

About the album function
Is it possible to share photos among family members?

By selecting Fluffy Friends in “Fluffy Friends in the photo,” the family members of the Fluffy Friends can share the same photo.

There are some photos that cannot be edited.

You cannot edit the photos shared with others. Only the person who uploaded the photos can edit or delete them.

Is it possible to change the shooting date of the photo?

Please tap the “pencil icon” on the upper right of the photo and select “edit”.
You can change the “shooting date” on the photo edit screen. The initial date uses the shooting date data.

Can I order prints of my photos?

Starting from ver. 1.6.2, you can order prints of "Square Photo Print".

You can order Square Photo when you create a "Square Photo Print" type album.
You can get up to 9 free photos every month just by paying 250JPY postage. Additional charge is 20JPY per piece.

Other questions
I want to unsubscribe from the app.

"uchiccolog" does not require membership registration, and you do not need to enter your personal information.
Please delete your Fluffy Friend's information and uninstall the app.

Only Owner users can delete their Fluffy Friend's information.
Owner users can go to [Footprint icon] > [Target Fluffy Friend] > [Pencil icon on the upper right] > [Delete information] in the menu at the bottom of the app to delete information.

If you have registered a backup email address, please cancel the registration by going to [Gear icon] > [Email settings] in the menu at the bottom of the app and tap the [Unregister] button displayed on the screen.

I sent an inquiry but have had no reply.

When contacting us from the inquiry form, you will receive our automatic reply.
If you have not received our automatic reply, please confirm the following possibilities.

1. There is a mistake in the email address you input.
Please confirm the email address and contact us again.

2. Our reply mail is in your junk mail folder.
Please check whether our reply mail is in your junk mail folder, as it is sometimes classified as a junk mail.

3. You can\'t receive the email because of taking measures to prevent junk mails.
When you are taking measures to prevent junk mails, please set to permit mail reception for the domain of “@amanefactory.com.”

4. Your mailbox is full.
Please confirm your mailbox capacity.
When your mailbox is full, please free up space on the mailbox such as by deleting unnecessary emails and then contact us again.

I am not receiving push notifications.

If you are not receiving push notifications, please check if your device settings allow push notifications from "uchiccolog".
After confirming that push notifications are enabled, proceed [Gear icon] from the menu at the bottom of the app > [Notification settings] to set notification settings for each item you want to receive notification for.
